Hi, I’m Erica Pantanella, a massage therapist, movement lover, outdoorsy soul, and firm believer in the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and endure.

I grew up in Tewksbury in a big, adventurous family that shaped who I am. We were always outside—camping, fishing, hiking, laughing loud, living deep. My family taught me how to explore, how to keep going, and how to find joy in every season. That energy built me from the ground up.

I’ve always been drawn to movement—lifting, hiking, traveling, challenging my body just to see what it could do. I studied exercise science, competed in bodybuilding, and learned that the body is far more capable than we often give it credit for. It can carry us through hard things. It can push. It can evolve. But it also needs care.

That’s the piece many of us miss—and where I come in.

We ask a lot of our bodies. We climb mountains, chase goals, hold stress, carry others, and show up again and again. But in order to do all the things we love—without burning out—we have to slow down and listen. We have to give back to the body that carries us through it all.

Massage, for me, is a way to honor that. A way to hold space for healing, for strength, for rest. Whether you’re sore from training, stuck in stress, or just feel off, my sessions are fully personalized and grounded in both science and intuition. I blend deep, focused work with calm, supportive care—meeting you where you are and helping your body move, feel, and function at its best.

Outside the studio, I’m usually exploring new trails with my dog Gypsy, cooking something comforting, creating art, or heading off on some soul-stirring adventure. I believe in big journeys, inside and out—and in taking care of ourselves so we can keep saying yes to all of them.

This work is my heart. And I’m so honored to walk with you on your path—helping you feel stronger, clearer, and more fully you.
